Types of Memberships.
Regular Member.
A Regular Member must be a registered Metallurgical Engineer who holds a valid certificate of registration and professional identification card issued by the Board of Metallurgical Engineering and the Professional Regulation Commission.
Associate Member.
An Associate Membership can be conferred upon an individual, who is either :

a non-registered graduate of Metallurgical Engineering degree from a recognized school; or
-
a registered Metallurgical Plant Foreman under the Metallurgical Engineering Law of the Philippines (RA 10688)
Honorary Member.
Honorary Membership may be conferred upon an individual of recognized ability and stature, and who has, by voluntary action, contributed substantially to the attainment of the objectives of the Society.
Lifetime Membership can be conferred upon any Regular or Associate Member of good standing upon payment of the lifetime membership fee.
